ENGAGEMENT PHOTOS AT TORREY PINES BEACH, SAN DIEGO

Brooke and Justin just moved back to Southern California after living in Texas for three years- they loved it, but were ready to come back home to the beautiful sun and the relaxing beaches here in Southern California. They got engaged right when they moved back to their hometown of Orange County. Having lived in San Diego for most of their relationship and seeing as how this was where they first started dating, they thought it would be the perfect place to capture their sweet engagement photos and I completely agreed! With the picturesque scenery that Torrey Pines State Beach provides and it’s beautiful backdrops, it seemed like the perfect place for Brooke and Justin to capture some of their most cherished memories. Torrey Pines State Beach in Del Mar is one of my all time favorite beaches to capture engagement sessions and to visit. There is something so calming about the Natural Reserve at Torrey Pines that makes it one of the most beloved beaches throughout San Diego County.

   

 

Capturing this beautiful couple was so much more than an hour session on the beautiful beach in Del Mar. I have known Brooke and Justin for about 8 years now and it meant so much to me that they had chosen me to capture this special time in their lives. Having known both of them, I knew this was sure to be a fun session. We started off capturing the beautiful ocean backdrop and walking along the white sand of Torrey Pines State Beach. Later into the session, we ventured out closer to the ocean. Brooke and Justin were so easy going and willing to just go for it and do whatever it took to get that perfect shot, and I am so excited with how they turned out. The laughs and smiles in the pictures are real and raw, no posing for them! Just true love and friendship. I am so honored that I was lucky enough to capture their engagement photos and cannot wait for their big day!
