This San Fernando Mission wedding was full of so many sweet emotions and was the perfect way for Alec and Alexis to start their fun wedding weekend. Prior to their big wedding on Saturday, Alexis and Alec decided to hold a very intimate ceremony at the San Fernando Mission with their families. The San Fernando Mission is such a breathtaking chapel that provides for the most beautiful Catholic ceremony. Alexis decided to go with a short traditional veil that was handmade with so much love. Her veil really brought everything together, the pictures speak for themselves.

 

She held a simple yet lovely bouquet as she walked down the aisle made by Wild Flowers Floral Design . Alexis and her dad has such a fun and special moment right before the ceremony started. It was so sweet to see their bond and how close they are, it was a great start to their beautiful evening.

Alec was in awe of Alexis as she walked down the aisle. It was so amazing to capture the emotions he had for her on this day.

The San Fernando Mission Chapel is full of so much history and so many ornate details. Everywhere you look, there is so much love and art to be found. It is truly a beautiful landmark.

Their families both laughed and cried as they watched Alexis and Alec say I do. I absolutley loved getting to know their families and am so honored I could capture them during this extremley special moment in time.

Alec and Alexis’s day was perfection. The weather was ideal with clear blue skys and shining sun. I loved capturing images of the landscape, including the beautiful trees, fountains and corners that surrounded us.

We ended this sweet intimate day with in n out! In n out is Alexis and Alec’s favorite meal and I cannot disagree with them that it is one of the best things on this earth. I loved how I was able to capture Alec and Alexis having fun, relaxing and enjoying their first moments as husband and wife. The photos turned out so amazing and are some of my favorite, especially because they really tell the story of Alec and Alexis!

This day was one for the books! By the end of the evening, I felt like I was a part of their family and I felt so honored to be able to stand beside them all and capture these memoreis for the whole family to cherish forever. This intimate San Fernando Mission Wedding turned out perfectly and I cannot be more excited for Alexis and Alec to start their lives together!
