Picturesque mountains, miles of pine trees and beautiful sunsets? Yes please! Nicole and Michael’s Sacred Mountain Julian wedding was all this and more. Nicole and Michael had a unique situation as they were planning their wedding across the country so they wanted this to be magical. I was so honored to capture their big day at this beautiful location in the San Diego Mountains. Julian is such a quaint and beautiful mountain town that serves as a magnificent wedding location, Nicole and Michael picked a winner!

One of my favorite moments from the day was when Michael’s mom handed him the sweetest memento right before the ceremony. Michael instantly started tearing up and it was one of the most precious things I have ever captured. My heart just explodes looking at these images below.

What I loved most about Nicole and Michael’s big day was seeing Michael’s reaction to Nicole when she walked down the aisle. His love was overflowing, he was so emotional and it was so special to see how much he cares for her. To top it off, the ceremony took place on top of the most gorgeous hill overlooking the enormous mountains and trees that are located all throughout Julian, CA.

There were so many unique spots at Sacred Mountain Julian, we were so lucky we were able to explore!

The sunset at Sacred Mountain is one of the most gorgeous I have ever seen. There is something so calming about being in the mountains, especially in Julian. We had such a fun time capturing their sunset photos, mainly because the venue is so magical with so many different lanscapes and areas to take advantage of. The venue coordinators and staff are so sweet as well which made for such a lovely experience for all!

The night ended with a bouquet/garter toss and fun lively dancing. Not only were Nicole and Michael amazing to work with, their wedding guests were so fun to be around. They danced the night away at their Sacred Mountain Julian wedding and I am so honored I was able to capture the beuaty that was surrounding us all.
