This wedding screams perfect fall beach day! I mean you couldn’t have asked for a better more perfect day in the fall than at this beautiful Newport wedding. What a lovely day for Kaitlynn and Jake to tie the knot. In the midst of COVID and so many new plans that were made for this important day, they were finally able to tie the knot for this Fall wedding at the Lido House Newport. Not only were these two a dream to work with but their visions for the day was just as dreamy. Nothing like a classic white esthetic to make this day magical- from the florals, to the bridesmaids dresses this neutral toned wedding was perfection.
We started the day capturing getting ready photos in the beautiful cottage at the Newport Lido House, it is literally perfection with the bright and airy window light that shines through, I was giddy inside!
The boys were just down the hall aways at an awesome hotel room, you can’t go wrong with any of the spaces at the Lido House, it’s such a beachy bright location!
Flowers were on point thanks to Rielly’s Florals and helped for making these flatlay designs so special. Kaitlynn was a big fan of making sure to capture all of the details and that is one of the things I always make sure to do on a wedding day. The details fill in the day so perfectly and tell the story so well visually.
She wore one of my favorite perfumes, if not for the smell but the bottle, it’s the most gorgeous piece to incorporate into the little detail shots.
The Father of the Bride made a special appearance to see a first look of his beautiful daughter and let’s just say that there was not enough tissue in the house to handle the precious moment of these two. Highly recommend a first look with the Father of the Bride because it was the cutest!
Before the big day started we captured some fun group shots of the guys and girls alone looking there very best, they all looked so gorgeous in these timeless colors!
I couldn’t help myself and had to quickly grab a solo shots of Kaitlynn before we headed over, she looked so stunning and was such a chic looking bride!
Shortly before the ceremony started, the bride and groom had a special request to capture their prayer to each other before they said I DO forever. It was the absolute sweetest and so special that they were so close holding hands but saved the first look for down the aisle.
The grand reveal was so beautiful, everyone was so emotional and you could honestly feel the emotion and love throughout each and every person there. It was super fun and special to be a part of it.
Now it’s time for fun and celebrating, we started off with some group shots of the bridesmaids and groomsmen. They were all a blast to work with and knew how to have a great time. Plus they all looked like rockstars!
Couldn’t resist capturing the couple with their sweet twins. I mean can we even handle the cuteness of these two?
The seating chart and wedding sign were so beautiful too, everything went so perfectly and was so timeless.
The three of us headed down to capture some memorable sunset photos. This is one of my favorite parts of the day-one because I love these images since they always turn out so magical for the couple but also because it gives the couple a little break from all the fun, a little alone time that makes for a nice little break on this busy day.
How gorgeous is Kaitylnn in these angelic portraits!
The last part of the day they danced to the sweetest live music, made memories with their families and enjoyed this sweet day together-the day they were finally able to celebrate after so many changes and set backs.
I was so honored to work with this couple and make their day extra special. I am so thankful for them and the amazing vendors I was able to work with.
