When Alissa and Nick reached out to do their Topanga Canyon engagement session sunset photos, I was SO excited! These two are so adventurous! They love the outdoors and a big part of their relationship together has centered around many hiking and camping trips throughout Southern California. They were nice enough to introduce me to this gem, located in the beautiful Santa Monica mountains of Los Angeles, CA. Their love for each other is so real and raw, I can’t even imagine how amazing their big day is going to be. I had such a rememberable time with this amazing couple and I am beyond excited to photograph their wedding in the fall at The Inn of the Seventh Ray.

This tree was the highlight of the day. Alissa loved it and was one of the main reasons she chose this location and let me tell you, she must know how to read my mind because trees are my EVERYTHING!

Nick is so sweet to Alissa, it’s so precious.

 

Everywhere you look, there is beauty. Literally so many magnificent trees and mountains surrounding this gem.

We ended the session capturing the tree from the other side, it was an amazing view!
