I am so excited to share this beautiful family session in San Diego that I had the honor of capturing. The weather was perfection and the Zhou family was so excited because they had traveled far from the east coast to beautiful San Diego. Summer family photos in San Diego are such a great way to capture your family vacations or document your memories throughout the year.
The Zhou family were such a joy to work with and they were so excited to be able to capture their sweet family vacation in San Diego. Something that they had asked for with their photos was a location that highlighted the beautiful Southern California mountains in the distance. I knew when they reached out that Lake Hodges would be the perfect location. It is nestled in between the mountains and has so many options for different backgrounds.

I always love to include some black and whites in my galleries. This photo stood out to me as one that NEEDED to be in black and white. The timless feeling that comes from a black and white image is so special to me and I want to be able to capture that feeling for my clients.
